Rihanna is not invited to my parties, and will not be let in.
Don't front, Abigail.
SO not fronting. Rihanna would cast a big pall on my goings on. Do you want to see my No Rihanna plaque?
Actually the plaque got lost.
I think there are a few others: Jay Z, Beyonce, George Clooney, Bill Clinton, Obama, Lebron, David Beckham, Leonardo DiCaprio.
I agree with most of those, but...You think Lebron could get into parties thrown by people from countries that don't care about basketball?
I don't think Leo could get into any party. And honestly I don't know that Clooney could either. The whole thing that makes Rihanna a perfect candidate is that you can just as easily imagine her at some block party as at some Hollywood Power Players thing.
Lebron has reached a level of fame that would get him into pretty much any party in the world. And I think Clooney and Leo could get into as many as Rihanna.
Like, how many parties are there that would let Beyonce or Jay Z in but not Leo?
I mean, even the German soccer team World Cup celebration it's like...you can imagine them turning Leo away. Can you imagine them turning Rihanna away?
No (I also don't think they'd turn Leo away, especially if he'd been a vocal fan) but I can imagine parties that would welcome Leo and possibly turn Rihanna away.
I bet there are some rival singers who wouldn't let her in out of spite. Like someone's birthday party. Petty things. I bet Kanye could get into any party in the world—even the ones that'd turn away RiRi.
I think a lot of people would refuse to let Kanye in for fear he'd be a bad guest. Rihanna, though—I mean any "rival singer" would still benefit from her presence. Beyoncé might refuse her over a personal grudge, I guess.
Yeah that's what I mean, like a top-top tier grudge. And tbh I'd be more worried about Rihanna going wild at a party and misbehaving vs. Kanye. Ideally they would both be at my party, though. I'd take my chances.
This is off-topic, but here's something that bothers me about Rihanna's celebrity: she very clearly pronounces her own name Ree-anna. But everyone else pronounces it Ree-ah-nah, not caring how she pronounces it herself. Weird huh?
